By accessing or using Reportify, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Service Overview

Reportify provides automated reporting, snapshot summaries, dashboards, and data-processing tools for businesses.

Reportify is not a financial advisor, accountant, legal advisor, or tax professional.

Use of the Platform

You agree to:

  • Use the platform responsibly

  • Keep login credentials secure

  • Provide accurate information

  • Only connect accounts (e.g., RepairShopr) that you have legal permission to access

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to bypass security

  • Use Reportify for unlawful activities

  • Resell access without written approval

  • Interfere with service operation

Subscription & Billing

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month

  • Trials may include 7–9 free days depending on configuration

  • You may cancel anytime through Stripe’s customer portal

  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past charges

Data & Integrations

You grant us permission to process the data passed through connected systems solely for generating your reports.

We do not own your data; you retain full ownership of information from your connected platforms.

No Guaranteed Outcomes (FTC Compliance)

Reportify does NOT guarantee:

  • Increased revenue

  • Business growth

  • Improved profitability

  • Reduced expenses

  • Specific operational outcomes

We provide tools, not results. Outcomes vary based on how you use the information.

No statements made in marketing materials, emails, reports, or conversations should be interpreted as earnings claims or guarantees of business improvement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

  • Reportify is not liable for indirect, accidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 3 months

You agree to use the platform at your own risk.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these terms

  • Abuse integrations or data access

  • Attempt to compromise system security

You may terminate at any time through your Stripe customer portal.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA.
